Executive & Administrative Coordinator
New Cairo,
Egypt
Intro
Who we are
MOAR IT is an IT services company based in New Cairo, working with francophone clients across France and MENA. We design and operate infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software solutions for organisations that rely on us to keep things running reliably, securely, and on time.
We're a team of 6 to 15 people. The atmosphere is structured but dynamic : things move fast, priorities shift, and everyone is expected to take ownership of their work.
Why this role exists
As we grow, the operational and administrative load on our CEO and Branch Manager has reached a point where it's slowing things down. We need one person to take all of that off their plate so they can focus entirely on clients, strategy, and the team.
This is that role. And because we're building it from scratch, the person we hire will help define what it looks like.
A day in the life
What your week actually looks like
Monday morning, you open your tasks lists and scan what's overdue before our CEO's 9am call. You flag two items that need a decision and send a short update to our manager. By 10am, you've confirmed three candidate interviews for the week and sent a holding email to two applicants waiting for feedback.
Tuesday, a new joiner is starting. You've prepared the onboarding checklist in advance - workstation is ready, tool accesses are configured, and the welcome email went out Friday. You spend 30 minutes walking them through the office and making sure they have everything they need.
Wednesday, Our manager needs a formal letter drafted in French for a client partner. You handle it, proofread it, and send it under the right signature. In the afternoon, you follow up on a vendor quote for office supplies and update the asset register.
Thursday and Friday vary, a contract amendment to prepare, an absence to log, a recruitment pipeline to update.
No two weeks are identical, and that's exactly how you like it.
